Q: Where will the package be shipped from?

Q: What's about the return & exchange policy?

A: We provide 30-day free return and exchange. You can apply to return or exchange the product within 30 days after you receive the package. 

If caused by product quality issue, we will bear the freight for replacement or return;

If caused by the customer's own, the freight for return or exchange shall be borne by the customer.

 

Q: How soon can I get a refund？

A：Generally we will issue the refund within 48 hours after we received the return package. And the refund amount will be returned to the original payment account.
